The learning part is good.

Dislikes

...e very less. Work pressure is more. You will not get off on the day you require. Salary is not that much good how they will made you to run. Working environment is very pressuring. They don't think you as a human. They just want to take the advantages from you.

I like the fact that there are many patients and I got to study case files and see different patients, the consultants were very good mentors and they are interested in teaching you and also give you advice on how to further your higher studies. on 12-hour shift food is provided and during the lockdown, transportation was provided for employees.

Dislikes

The management was a bit problematic they take feedback about you from your colleagues and nurses you worked with and judge you depending on that like as though you work under the nursing staff, but they should actually take feedback about you from the patients since obviously, you will not get along with everyone you work with and also they overwork you and if someone is on leave they do not call in another person to fill in their spot instead they make the person who is present to do the job of 2 people and they do not pay them extra. personally, I was told there will be BCLS and ACLS training but I wasn't trained, and also the new nursing trainees are very undertrained and the senior nurses do not train them there are so many mistakes that take place and eventually, the medical officer gets yelled at by the patient. I do believe that it has a lot of places to grow and improve and also pay equal importance to their employees.

...my job, I was already replaced by other doctor, with lame excuse from their end. Furthermore, my one month salary and pay for the extra duties done by me was NOT PAID

HR people, senior leading Gynaecologist, everybody was very unpleasant nd horrible to deal with. Work place HARASSMENT as u say

No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors..
