My boss because if any one want to quit the job he call and speak personally and try to solve the problem .he is having more than 16 branches.but the way of response for employees I like very much special care for women.not only my boss evey men in my office.

Company is not good and please don't join with any one. If you join they are not provide any offer letter and reliving letter. Need to work under high workload and it's not corporate. It's like a agency. If your a experience in collection and age is above 30 . You can join below 30 age people please dont join and don't spoil your careers
