... operates. We support USA manufacturing plants for many different product lines. Salaries are always paid on time and company hands out regular gifts like silver articles on Diwali and many other gifts during the year. Also management is quite attentive to feedback from employees. In 2018 we had excessive work load, company responded by adding people and upgrading the infrastructure.

Company having no intention of growth.Happy with company's current revenue. Lot of politics and no opportunity for new comers. Old staff is having their own cartal which never gives opportunity and growth to new people. Managers are not happy with people smarter than them, top performer in their team. Always play politics to dich them out. No training is provided. Stone age old ERP system. This technology is not used anywhere so joining this company is path to unemployment.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
