...oming to work at 10am and mostly stay upto 9pm 10pm and sometimes even till 1am. The company treats freshers like shit, with a 2yrs of service bond and a mere package of just 15k a month and they are exploited beyond imagination. If there is a long weekend or public holiday the company has a habit of calling employees on weekends to work. They won't give you a holiday even on International Labour Day. They won't let you club your leaves with weekends and public holidays. If you have a family staying away from you and you want to meet them by clubbing your leaves along with public holidays or weekends they won't let that happen, they have the rights of cancelling your leaves, so you can enjoy your leaves without payment for the day. There is lot of politics at managerial level, they show there monopoly.

There will be chance to learn lot of things, but you should sacrifice your personal life.

Dislikes

Career growth is bad, no job security, bad appraisal, lot of politics, bad work environment, innovative thoughts are not allowed, bad work life balance.
