The only thing good about company is despite having cash flow issues they releases salary on time. But once you resign, you need to followup aggressively for getting your FnF

Work hours are ridiculous. 9 hours compulsory in office and you're expected to come in by 10.30-11 even if you stay late in office. we work on weekends too to finish tasks which don't count for comp off.

The only I liked about working at Fork Media Group is that the office was nice and hygienic.

Dislikes

No fixed time of work, even if you start working at 9 a.m, you will have to wait till 7 to leave the office. The management and HR don't know how to do their job properly. The work environment is awful. The employees that actually work don't get incentives or appraisals at all.

Dislikes

The upper management is really bad at handling finances. Contract workers and freelancers don’t get paid for months and employees don’t get any appraisals. Beyond this, a lot of hardwork goes unappreciated unless you suck up to the upper management.
