Is very similar to lala shop where leader brings his own team from his previous company, use abusive words with staff. Top management behaves like fool. Environment is super political.

I liked work environment there, Growth as joined as Fashion consultant and got promoted as Sr. Fc. Further, training programs was good and learned many things to enhance careeer in Retail.

There are many wonderful things about Forevernew that the company culture is good and staff loves to work with everyone in company team , it provdes a decent career and growth prospects with learning new things. There are benefits that caompany takes care as social insurance and medical policy for expats. Its stable company with good culture.

Company is decent and compensation is good , the work pressure is high as its hi fashion products company. Somwtimes have to work extra hours staright a day !! There ia no specific job traning for freshers.
