There are lot of things that anyone dislikes but major are these : * They always trying to show your skills low in front them so that you don't ask for high increament. * Their code review and merge procedure are very poor. * They have their own standard in writing poor code and they don't believe in best practices of writing code. * They kept the employees in bonds if they ask for increament. * You will be fed-up within 2-3 months.

Since it's a startup, you'll have the opportunity to learn a lot of new things in a short amount of time. You'll be exposed to emerging technologies and might even be assigned a live project to work on, even at an early stage in your career.
