I am a disgraced employee of this company, you can never be heard in this company. Till date I have not received my full & final settlement money, despite making me do donkey labour for 4 years, they have given me only 1200 rupees in the name of settlement. This includes my leave, my expenses etc. They have given a bad name to a healthy profession. They expect the executive to do the work in the doctor's house, the executive should take responsibility of everything from his gas cylinder to his lunch tiffin. In this way they keep the medical executive as the doctor's servant. I don't want anyone else to become their victim like me, a medical representative also has his own respect and prestige, you cannot associate it with flattery of the doctor.
