Being a guy who used to work there, Omg where do i start ???, the salary which they offer would be way out of industrial standards, they wont pay u allowance for night shifts if you work and in-case if u ask about it, they would come up with an excuse that "since you availed cab service during night shift, you are not applicable for any allowance". And most importantly they would fire you with out any proper notice, Its better to find a better working environment than Fore support services. It was totally a waste of time

This company ruined my career and still kept on doing rhe same where I join by providing false statement when the new companies goes for the BGV. The new people who has taken over the cm0any doesn't even know what is the Company Fore earlier. Without those knowledge. They're purposefully making the Nw companies BGV fail. There still hitting my future. Neither they're taking me back not allowing me to join in other companies very bad situation is created because of this organization.

Dont understand what they're doing in their employees future. They don't even bother for the employees who worked for them

Will get more to learn, providing free lunch, good infrastructure.

Dislikes

No work life balance, too much internal politics, no recognition for you work. Worst management (for development team). Use less meetings.no process, ad-hoc requirements, BAs are worst. Worst HR team.
