...anagement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilly. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues 😬. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before Whit you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like the Infrastructure and and friendly team

Sometimes you have to work a lot hours to finish the task and the salary is low because I'm working under agency I think... And the travel takes 2 hours for me to go home so totally 4 hours gone in a day that sucks a lot

If you are direct employee then paid leaves are more than adequate. Company spends on upskilling employees . Work life balance depends on the team

Dislikes

1. Salary is less than market standard 2. Variable component will never be paid more than 50% 3. No job security there are multiple rounds of silent layoffs 4. Don't fall for good WLB and decent pay, you will be disappointed

Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Most of the times the work given to us is not relevant to our knowledge and not so fruitful for the employee point of view Top level management is not so good in the recent years

...t was one of the best work place for everyone.. always have work life balance ..good hikes and bonus system

Recently becomes more toxic as senior managers are not well respected and no opportunity for them to move lateral or promotion too .. non technical people in technical roles are really surviving there ..top management biased with set of people..
