Everything except for monetary compensation is excellent about Ford. Great people to work with, enough time and encouragement towards Learning & Development and work-life balance is phenomenal. I would totally recommend working at Ford Motor Company.

Monetary compensation is way below the market standards. Data Analysts/ Data Scientists across market are getting paid handsomely and way above what we get at Ford.

Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Most of the times the work given to us is not relevant to our knowledge and not so fruitful for the employee point of view Top level management is not so good in the recent years

First of all, learned many things - now am wired to connect with any atmosphere, after worked in ford. Enriched my interpersonal skills and excellent communication .Recognized for derseved works. An very excellent technologies and macro development which they involved and implemented, Am always says, Ford makes us to develop in efficiently to work in independently.

Dislikes

Absolutely, compensation and other benefits are very low, career opportunities and growth is very slow. No proper appreciation from leads. No importance for opinions and ideas which is we contribute.

Great work culture, People leaders, Learning opportunities, Internal Movements (if you are interested), Good Salary, Flexibility in working from office/home, Employee centric organization, Easily approachable HR leaders, Skip level meetings.

Dislikes

Slow career growth if you in non-IT background team.

Good company policies. Bonus. Decent salary. Recognition of good work to certain extent.

Dislikes

Implementation of policies / company's vision not implemented. Very late decisions & initiatives compared to market standards.
