GTBC across all department is a good employer

Dislikes

Working culture and atmosphere in Manufacturing engineering team GME is terrible since 2019. not the role model for general ford culture. Too much work pressure and favouritism, threat of layoffs is high No alignment with global team and pressurising local leaders and engineers to deliver solutions without logic. this increases the tension between teams. PPT culture and not delivery oriented. many good engineers and leaders resigned between 2023 and 2024
