Forcepoint is good company to work with for Salary and PF benefits.Its unique when I was working but now things have changed it is very similar to other companies.

Dislikes

Work-life balance, Managers are just postmasters of the company. Nobody is accountable for anything in the organization blame game goes on. In spite of being Top performer in the organization no recognition or reward, You will be treated like slave.

If your career goal reaches a level where you have no learning agenda and you want Salary credit in your account without gaining professional skills additionally you are mentally ready to sustain Job insecurity pressure then You're more than welcome to join this Organization.

Dislikes

HR personnel are pathetic to deal with all they have to deal with is Hire and Fire with no significant road map of requirements. They give false promises regarding job role expectations. The organization has no road map with its product lineup nor does it have the quality of work that can add value to your learning. The office workforce is very limited don't go by Glassdoor or LinkedIn Number it's fake. The Office space has no Recreation area ( sorry they have 1 floor office so don't expect anything)

You will get lots of work and learning opportunities. Really like the way cases are.

Dislikes

...tunities and most importantly no transparency between management and employee... They will fire you any time they will not pay shift allowance and food allowance on time . Delayed at least 2 month.

- Good health benefits - nice work culture - supportive management and seniors - good hike - flexible wfh option

Dislikes

- Work-life balance can get bit ugly at times, specially when there's high case flow. This is not the case always though. Normally you would have decent work-life balance. - Job security isn't there that much. But again it depends on your performance.

Most colleagues were good to work with. Management is open to listening.

Dislikes

FMLA leave policy is ambiguous and management was quick to call out performance issues upon return from FMLA. KNH is one of the most two faced managers there.
