Nothing to like about, it's a corporate company that's it

Dislikes

Most pathetic company management, no any system, total boss giri, salary credited 7th of every month, despite a corporate limited company, no incentives in passenger vehicle division, work like a dealership sales executive, monthly travel reimbursement credited in 2 months after submission. Even after 6 months of my resignation still I am waiting for my experience letter. No any proper communications from company side.

Vehicles are technologically good. Because of Mercedes and BMW engine manufacturing experience.. Nothing else.. There is no own inputs and brain used

...e there way of working No desktop, 4-5 guys using one desktop which is outdated. Food quality is poor, no hygiene, You don't have time for breakfast and lunch You have to take paper slip for early going Medical insurance premium is deducted from your salary GST also get deducted from salary, what kind of GST 😂 There are no Fans in the mfg shops, how operators are working since years without fan don't know You are the slave for company

...dle management. & don’t disclose hidden charges and TADA until you join company. - No Job security - Force fully deductions from salary like if you come late by 1-2 minutes they will deduct salary - They charge for tea & coffee 350rs & 300rs service charges to seat in canteen. - don’t pay daily allowance, lots of deductions by person called balghat. He don’t pay you till 60 days. - still working on paperwork - worst canteen food - No appraisals and salary increments - pathetic security, they check your pockets like you are theft. - still working like 90s system, you have print mail copy and give to your senior. - for one approval you have to take 100s of sign. - lots of pathetic rules which will make your life hell. - not car parking for Sr. executives Kindly avoid this company if you wish to stay happy in your life.

For proof of attendance cheking CcT camera such bakwas rules many. 6. Bus charges and canteen charges more. 7. ED's biggest task is to sanction leave. 8. Leaves having ajibo garib bakwas rules.
