The culture and environment of force motors company was very good. For any work inside the company premises such as working on height and hot work it was mandatory to take permission from the safety department for this work. Company management and rules regulations was very excellent. There were three shifts in the company. The company provided all the facilities for every employee like medical insurance, canteen facility, uniform, provident fund, safety shoes, identification card facility or all kinds of facilities. Overall experience was very excellent . I loved the company's policy,rules regulation, environment and management so much that i wanted to do a full time permanent job there. But the company was on 1 year training as per policy so could not.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policy ,salary is decent and carrier growth is too fast. But it was not appropriate to give employment for only 1 year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good work environment and culture company policy are good salary hike and bonus every year. Work as teamwork. And discipline

Increment is not done on time. There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.

I like to work in force moter for power pack assembly in Mercedes Benz India force motor company is affiliated in force motor to engine assembly to Mercedes Benz India only I'm employees to force motor but engine assembly is Mercedes Benz India

Only incrimination is not good salary is bad

No support at all..they even cut money from our salary in the name of sanitizer..as if even that they cannot give to their employees themselves

Slashing of salaries for months..not even providing proper soaps at restrooms even during pandemic..not even giving leaves on diwali and national holidays..
