... no chilling area. Company policies are not good, there is no appraisal concept. They not give good salary hike and bonus every year, no job security. Company owner is one kind of dictator. After probation period completion they will not give confirmation letter even after 1.5 years. Overall this company is not worth.

I don’t like at all. They’re not providing a healthy environment. Company paid only one month salary for there employees for 3 months lockdown period. Shift time is also unsatisfied 10 hrs working shift. Canteen facilities not available for night shift. Canteen environment is also terrible.

Watchmen and security system behave like they’re the employers of the company. Behaviour of each security person terrific.

...then it means you are working on some old concepts. There is no working balance. Very low compensation. Pathetic system. Employee don't even get their own email ID to communicate between departments.
