During training company hides the facts that the role is contract-based. They state permanent hiring after 2 years, but it doen't happen. Third-party employees don't receive respect from permanent staff. The work is repetative and lacks of technical learning opportunities.

Likes

Here you are not suppressed by the heads. Managers and top management is ready to listen all the time. Even the owner interact with young people.

Dislikes

Canteen has no options, work life balance is worst 9.5 hours/day working, no/less salary hike, work satisfaction is zero, they will ask you to do anything irrespective of your profile whether you like it or not

The only good thing about this company is if you are looking to work somewhere for 30+ years this is the organisation for you. It helps you with a comfort zone and has good family spirit. Safe place for women to work.

Dislikes

...growth opportunities for any individual is almost nil unless you are in sales. The salary is not in par with the industry, if you want salary growth this is not the place for you. Everything is manual here , there are no welcome kits , no vending machines, good cafeteria etc . Getting resources to help with projects and work is a problem. No perks or benefits aside from the salary.

Lot of internal politics Too much pressure for numbers Contribution goes on sharing basis to lot of people HR will find all the possible ways to delay the process, and not to give the increments.

Best company culture, good pay ,skill development,supportive staff

Dislikes

Lots of internal politics. Interaction with HR is just dream after joining. Very slow process of onboarding, less job security , after completing apprenticeship they offers contract based extension.
