Good work experience. Company policy are good. I am feeling proud of working Forbes Facility.

Salary incriminate is very slow. I am joining last three years but not increase salary.managment doesn't have good.

You have to do lot of a more work that has not assigned to your role but anyways you learn new skills it is good for us and recognition is limited in this company.

As I already mention the recognition is company is very less. Reporting boss behaviour is going to be very unprofessional.

Management was good. I got full support from my reporting Manager towards my work and to manage my family.

Dislikes

Too much traveling job. Daily reimbursement for petrol for out side travel to too less (1.5 rs/km).

No Growth no progress just work if you want increments then client have to do first then Forbes Facility will gives you only seniors getting increments junior people not getting anything if asking for increments many many times then they told you increments not possible but you can work with this position as you have either looking another job....

It is like a Dictator.. Lot of politics is there in each and every region, Seniors are sitting for taking adavantages only... Very disappointing work place please do not join. In head office there are to many #MAMU log & Because of those people the company will never grow and employee too..
