Management is not compatible they are new managers don’t know how to handle team and pressure, micro management and blame games on subordinates ,internal politics No manager knew about the process thoroughly!! Community biased team.

- You will get one long weekend in month, Third Friday is holiday. - Cab allowance ( Max limit of 3k, If you come 6 days in a month ) - Fitness allowance ( 2k per month ) - HR / Recruitment team are good comparing others.

...ple from UK / US are treated like god, Scrum master won’t even listen our words. - There is big trap in variable pay, joining bonus - If you receive it you will fall in the trap of locking period. Trust me, you don’t know about the company in your probation period. - Technology among the projects are emerging than before. But the problem is with the managers who are not experienced in latest technologies. If you’re coming from product / well organised service company background, this is not the right company for you.

High technologies have been used and lot of good scope to learn

Though it is product based company, doesn't require lot of workforce. Indian team management is very worst to the core. Too much of politics played by the resources who doesn't have concrete technical knowledge. So many freshers and mid level resource have been hired and fired just for the namesake,. I don't recommend.
