Nothing to be liked, especially rules and regulations . Not just rules they try to ask people for slavery in return they give you salary . Anytime they ask for this was your last day. I m lucky that I didn't give them that chance. Never to join these type of company , there phones track you when you come when you go home . Their cctvs track you 2 cameras per 1 person. That's itself says what they are investing it. They trying to disturb your personal life. There HR head asks you don't ask for leave I never to to leave lolz what's the logic. Don't spoil your careers untill it's very urgent. Notice period gets salary hold, make your 10th/12th marksheet ready to get your first salary with them.

Many things, they never provide salary slip, after resignation they are not providing your experience letter just they type mail and send to your personal mail id , In FnF they don't consider your EL,As an engineer it is my personal experience they behave their employees like a slave specially HR & HR head. They never appreciate your work even you did best for the company. Worst HR policy, Don't & Never join this company.

...l marksheet at the time of joining. So that employee cannot just leave and go. Dont join marketing department here, as they have salary deductions if you do slight errors while processing Orders & to be honest their Marketing department is only data entry work in SAP. Seniors are not cooperative at all. So, acc. to me one should only join Marketing department here if he is in deep need otherwise one should look for another option.

...d as a fresher after MBA, Overall its a good company lot of learning experience. salary increments are good and on time, colleagues are supportive and seniors' always ready to help.

Worst management disgusting HR . No proper training provided. Cut your salary on the name if Error. No body stick in this company mor than one month. Worst working culture.even they don't think why people leaving like this there must be some problem in their management. Full of negativity.
