Many things, they never provide salary slip, after resignation they are not providing your experience letter just they type mail and send to your personal mail id , In FnF they don't consider your EL,As an engineer it is my personal experience they behave their employees like a slave specially HR & HR head. ...l marksheet at the time of joining. So that employee cannot just leave and go. Dont join marketing department here, as they have salary deductions if you do slight errors while processing Orders & to be honest their Marketing department is only data entry work in SAP. Seniors are not cooperative at all. So, acc. to me one should only join Marketing department here if he is in deep need otherwise one should look for another option.
