Extra Pressure from seniors and Management feels like they are dectators. In first 3-4 months they treat you good then they will start disrespecting you. They hire employees for experiments, to check what's working and what's not working. They want to become unicorn but they will give you interns to work with and ask you for breakthrough. Flattering works here no matter if employees is adding value to business. My advice when you join this company try to be favourite of senior members of the company, because I know many who are in this company since 3 to 5+ years and adding no value to company. Management have no sense of work process in every week they will come to you and say let's change the plan. Management fear to invest and greedy for profit & sales.

People are good but the managers are not able to stop the politics and they dont understand the politics is around them. Poor observation, they should be aware of efficiency of every employee. Old employees are not good

They use to train there teachers according to the needs and helps them , how to design the activities for children.

Very less holidays, so there is no personal life for teachers because of sharing camera access with parents, they always interrupts the teachers.

I won't recommend anybody to work because they don't value others hard work they know how to play dirty politics Founder doesn't know how to speak with educator First they will give opportunity for promotion after getting that they will show their true face like they don't know how to set boundaries between teacher and support staff Academic coordinator doesn't even know abcd she only knows how to dominate and order the teachers she doesn't even know abcd of a planners If she does anything wrong she is never questioned She is a mastermind with dirty politics who knows how to ruin others career and torture Not a friendly atmosphere I feel pity for the parents And auditor should actually take some further actions with surprise visit around afternoon Academic coordinator has very bad attitude towards teachers and she must be fired. She knows how to steal ideas and credits of educator very rude attitude towards teachers. Even after writing this review m not scared what will happen the next
