There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

This company is a hub of politics. They don't pay well, salary is never on time, salary gets deducted without any intimation. They don't pay on time to the vendors & so the vendors cause lot of delay & inconvenience in materials supply, also abuse to the operations team who has nothing to do with payment. Hire & fire is like a game for the company. No matter how much committed you are but your work shall never be appreciated nor your words shall be listened.

...o an extent on hurdleing abuses or defaming you in front of your own colleagues. For them only profit is evert thing even if its the cost of an employee's salary. One should never leave his/her stable job & join foodlink as there is no job assurity or respect.

Nothing is good in this company.

learning opportunities, managing third party companies involved in operation, setting up diverse events and required expectations, quality standards met at each events etc.

long working hours, poor salary and appraisal, conflict with work ethics etc.

The work culture is extremely regressive and backward. People are constantly put down by senior management and most of the time there is no action taken against these employees. Older employees here tend to pass a lot of personal comments and insults publicly. The office infrastructure, facilities & leave policies are terrible. Employees are exploited to a great extent.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There is a lot of dirty politics, and being a distant relative, they show little respect for the people who work for them. Don't work here if you are self respected person
