... to the management there is a high possibility of you getting lost in the crowd. Appraisals and salary could be better when compared to other companies (you will get a very decent pay but it could be even better).

They ask to give review about the company while you are having orientation/initial training Micromanaging Not flexible environment Company doesn't provide proper work desktops and other equipments, all are outdated No environment to improve your skills Teams are not properly organized If joining customer service, it has to be on your own risk
