Work life balance is good; but still it depends on your direct boss. No target pressure No need to raise funds Very high DSA paid for travel & no bills needed for claiming the DSA or getting reimbursement for travel

All staff are contractual. No job security and very limited growth prospects - unless you are very good at buttering and legpulling. So, all the good knowledgeable staff members moveout in a short while and only those idiots who do not get another opportunity sticks on.... The insecure old timers try to create problems for new comers to ensure that they do not get visibility so that the old timers can stick and linger on for more time. Internal politics and groupism is very strong & the old timers try not to give visibility to new entrants. No meaningful work is being done. However, they get projects from agencies that are funded or by World Bank or have taken loan from the World bank. No opportunity for skill development or career development. Poor company culture. No job security. No promotion, No skill development opportunity. Zero work satisfaction.
