managers are understanding and knows work life ballance. but in saying that your job is not soo secured as company often restructures every odd year. otherwise a good place to be a part of.

restructuring..it usually happens every odd year and you are asked to reapply for positions You may or may not get hired again. hardly any overtime and hence less $$

See i never were a part of 100% fonterra, it was a joint venture between fonterra and future group of India, so were the chances of operating it from west or south. Preference was given to west region of India and we in south couldn't lay upon our hands much...
