Likes

Company allot accomodation, fooding, transportation for employees who come from outside of both the city and state.

Dislikes

Internal nasty politics, spying against new joiners, least eco friendly, HR department is not holding any power, superiors like oiling and to be cringe infront of them a lot, no personal life freedom is there.

Working in Fomex was a good experience specially the environment of working was very friendly.

Dislikes

The work preshure was very high some times I had worked 14 - 18 hours. Few colleague were not co-oprative they use to show as if they are the only one who works in the company others are just for show. Few colleague were just like complaint box they every time use to complain against.
