Work atmosphere is very unprofessional. Anybody irrespective of their experience and seniority can be fired anytime with immediate effect..not allowing entry into their workplace simultaneously

Its an Indian company. Work culture and career growth was good. But after 2012, it became stgnant, middle level became partial based on language, region and religion. Earlier it was there though, still it was manageable to work there. But working environment is good and you have your comfort of choosing duration for your goals, necessary resources provided.

Training ot seminars were not accessible to employees at our levels.

I was very happy to got opportunity to work on this company. I am very happy to there is no work burden and encouraging our thoughts to do work. Finally HAPPY ...!!!

Growth is slow. i think it's not a company problem. Now a days MINING is an Difficult to encouraging the Government and peoples also.

The team I mentored but have left for better pastures. I am proud of what they will achieve now, unfortunately the management is unaware of their value.

Dislikes

Human resources can be termed as inhuman resources, there is no humanness in dealing with staff. Technical team is most untechnical in their dealing. I've worked here for 10 years but no promotion till date. Have seen people achieving upto 3 / 4 promotions during this period. No training facilities to upgrade ones skills.
