Management did not have proper vision. Expectations were unrealistic with no sense of timelines. Excessive office politics among middle management. They have a decent administrative system and Employee benefits are decent.

Dislikes

There is no job security, lots of politics, employees are not allowed to communicate within the office. There is no sense of time within the bosses and colleagues. They call whenever they want and they dont care if you are outside or attending a function. You are expected to work 24*7 and carry you laptop around everywhere. Your personal space, time and Sanity will go away once you start to work here.
