This is cheating company, first of all they tell the salary afterwards they said there is no monthly salary it depends upon commission.so please avoid joining this company when they offer you,it is totally waste of time....

This is not a advertising company they fool people who are seeking for job in the name of advertising company but what we have to actually do is begging people for money don't waste your time on this useless company which fool freshers 💯. I will tell what's gonna happen they will call you for an 2 rounds interview call on zoom which is totally useless, and then they are gonna tell you to come to the office actually this company is totally commission based from unicef so what you gonna do is approach strangers and ask them to donate to unicef in simple words they are gonna make you beg money. They are literally scamming freshers in the name of giving job so please go there 🙏, this review is 100% true

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
