Dislikes

1) Need to create hierarchy in the system for team members to grow in their career path and there is no such system. 2) Designations need to re-worked to ensure employees grow based on their performance. It should not be random designations which has no meaning.

I am associated with the company since 7 years and company culture is totally different like no one asking about what we are doing only our work speaks a lot so that is very different than another company and everyone is same page like weather it’s boss or manager or office assistant, i am very glad and proud of my professional family 👏

Nice homely place to work at since other employees have been working here for a long time. (Low attrition rate)

Dislikes

Since it's a smaller Company, does not give you the complete 'Corporate' experience. Alternate Saturdays are working.

Likes

Good infrastructure and work environment. Teammates and Seniour are supportive.

Dislikes

No induction program and on job training is not given to new joinees. Ther is a lot of policies for all functions but doesn't address our issues.
