...r management. No ethics. Worst work culture. They treat as a labour to everyone. They give 10,000 starting salary to Geologist. Now a days labour are earning more than this. Work pattern is worst. 5 months work non Stop (no Sunday/Festival holiday). After that they give 1 month paid leave. I will not suggest any one for this company.

...s when you left this company after having exp.,less growth within the company. salary ok for a fresher.if you have exp.,then don't go into this comapany. politics is more. learning is good.but no safety learning. work environment is like war place. innovation is good. work life balance is like....only work....no personal life.

Very poor management ,no fix date of salary , they keep your documents for verification , and then it' will very difficult for you to get it back , if you don't work on there conditions then they can fire you any time even at night ,there is no working hours kind of concept , you must be on your toes all the day. The owner of the company have a habit to abuse even the senior persons if things goes against planning , working culture is not suitable at all . There are many incidents I witnessed where persons are kicked out of the company within seconds , I too have to go home in emergency , so after leaving the company I waited for my salary ,but they didn't credited my salary and they said if you want your documents then go to our gurgaon office and sign no dues only then we will return yours original documents So I lost my 45 days salary to get back my original documents So guys please don't make your life hell My humble request to all, avoid such kind of company.

...ut my AD and Drilling full support all the operation. Career growth is great. Salary not good. And security also..but this field must be alert full time becouse no body can know H2S it very dangerous.and must when you ever face this so be alert

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaminy arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.
