The company is adopts latest technology very fast, i love the fact that i was the part of that market reliable and high quality product, I joined Focus edumatics as a fresher and i worked for 2 years and 10 months While joining they had offered me testing executive role for e-learning project and later got promotion as software test engineer in CRM and US healthcare domain and gained lot of knowledge in Testing 1.Nice place to gain knowledge and add skills for fresher 2.HR & Finance department is very friendly with each employees 3.Team Lead & Managers are friendly and helpful in any satiations 4.Well Managed by management department and even we celebrated many cultural activities and also they provide trips ...Very friendly place to work and gain your knowledge everyone is very helpful ...thanks a lot

Waste company doesn't follow the rules and regulations the company will always terminate the employee and no hike in this company

Don't waste your time in this company no hike is there in this company no growth for the future no salary is provided by the end of the month.with out any prior information they will terminate the employee.

The company's work culture is really awesome. It provides timely training and development sessions as per the requirements. There is no target-based work. It also provides WFH opportunities when needed.

There is nothing as such which I dislike about Focus Edumatics. Coming to the salary part, it will increase based on the years we are serving here and the promotions we receive.

... you check your performance there will be nothing effective like what they says. They just keep reasons for your termination and they won't pay your salary on time. There is more things to say as dislikes but I am just adding 10% of dislikes. Moreover than this its your wish to join here.

Focus helps me to gain knowledge and help me to balance my life as a fresher I earned good pay from this company I hope I will continue here for more and try to get higher posting.

Only thing is night shift it cause healthy issues and same time it was a teaching field so the person who growth his career in IT in future will not help even if you work here for more than a year.
