I like being a team leader at Focus Edumatics because I get to work with a great team and help them do their best. It's also a company that cares about education and making a positive impact, which I find really important and inspiring.

Except at peak hours, there is no job pressue. Your pay will arrive on schedule. Not a terribly strict office.

I would advise the management to adjust the pay in line with the going rate. Need to add night shift allowance, bons and incentives.

...s will not be there. If you have the capability, you can easily get promoted. And you will get the salary within one week. I didn't see any delay in receiving my salary. Most of the time, it wil be credited in the 4th to 6th day of the month. As a tutor, you can't learn so many things. You will be doing the repeated things during session. But once you got promoted to another position, you can learn many things and you can improve your communication skills.

The only one thing what I hate here is night shift. If you are not okay with night shift, dont apply for the position of online tutor. It is permanent night shift. Your working hours will be decided by hight authorities. You can't decide your preferred working time.

...utting the tutors into the PIP by identifying very minor mistakes of the tutors. They want all the tutors to join the freelancing as they don't want to pay for their salaries. This company is losing projects even if you check social media and all the reviews from American student parents; they are also saying wrong things about this company as it lacks qualified employees in higher authorities. You can check the LinkedIn profiles of APMs and PMs, HR, and all to see how they are underqualified and undereducated without management skills.

Work without pay, just have a mind of doing charity to the organisation to run next year If no option take this for an year not more than this, recognition is out of scope with no management in place. All we saw is executive at top hierarchy with no experience in handling people as a team...

No growth in hike, position... No management SOPs. It's a Govt type growth recognition... Waste of carring burden of inefficient people surrrounded by... & They get paid & you deliver This is dangerous, responsibility without power. Don't ever come to this point anywhere
