...from our end to learn / work in a new stack is always encouraged by the company. If your are a skilled worker then the salary packages and hikes provided are really good. As a company it has grown in the past year, be it with new employee friendly policies or with recruiting talent for all positions. The management is trying from their end to introduce the best practices that any software company must follow all the while trying to improve work life for employees by introducing transparent reward policies, SPOC (Single point of contact) to address grievances, fun activities lead by HR team.

There could be more focus on recruiting few more senior resources but other than that this company is on an upward curve
