Work life balance is very good. Sr. Management is very supportive but middle management behaviour not up to standard.

Dislikes

Always takes care of the health of its employees and provide such type of facilities like cab facilities and fresh food.

Dislikes

Basically it's a Japanese MNC and totally different culture in this company and so many level like associate then sr. associate then Team leaded then Group leaded and then Assistant Manager. It's totally different with our indian industries.
