Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Food: They have superb canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here. There is also a arrangement of food for fasting people. Infrastructure: Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equiments and well organised workshop plan with employee safety arrangments. In built medical facilities and annual medical checkups. Use of latest technology to ease work done. And there are many such good things but these are major points.
