During my time at FlytBase as a Software Developer 1, I had the opportunity to learn a tremendous amount in a short period. The supportive and friendly environment made it feel like working with close friends rather than just colleagues. FlytBase fosters a culture of autonomy, empowering individuals to take ownership of their decisions and work. It's truly a place where one can grow both personally and professionally.
