... work for. They consistently pay salaries very late, different date every month. Amount of Salary varies each month. You will get only 80% of your salary. Work Environment lacks clear direction. And the CEO's motivational talks create unrealistic expectations for freshers. The manager here is clearly unqualified for her role, does not know the work, Will leave it to the employees to figure everything out themselves, and if the work goes wrong will blame it on the employees who are freshers just trying to do their best, by figuring things out themselves as no training is given. You don’t get paid on time, only 80% salary, no direction of work,Ceo who thinks this company is gonna be something huge, when they have only 1 client, struggling for revenue and launch products when they are not even finished. This company will definitely shut down in the near future. Every single employee is just forcefully working here because the job market is bad. They treat employees very bad putting unrealistic targets so that they can cut your salaries And continuously hire interns because they don't have money to pay, and promise them full time offer after 3 months, and then simply keep extending the internship.
