...rs, bonus amount for something good that you get in addition to what you expect. But in this company bonus for your monthly salary depited for some amounts 1500 to 2000rs in every month and yearly settled for your hand

Good work environment.the management is transparent.and company policies are good,appraisals are not fair and they give bonus every year.

The management doesn't adress our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I like the work environment here and it is an employee oriented company. Lot of freedom to work as per your way of working and the senior management is approachable and are ready to support you at any given time.

Salary structure is not at par to the industry standard at all the level. Growth is very slow and additional responsibilities are given only to the employees at coprorate office or those who belongs to south or closely connected with Top levels Employees.
