1. Work life balance: there is no work life balance, always imbalance only in your work life.. 2. Comp & Benefits: I'm worked overtime, night work and every Sunday, but I thought these extra hour works will give insentive or compensation🙂..there is nothing 😔 3. Company culture: in this company culture is worst management culture to employees, because company MD ( Mr.Subrahmanya Bhat) and Mr. Prashant Bhat they are not good heart fellow.. 4. Job security: mainly in this company job secure isn't here, job security is don't know to this company, they are hire new candidate to every new project and last project candidate will send to home, 5. Career growth and opportunity: if you are prompt in work and you know very well about work, but you not getting opportunity, if you want opportunity in this company you've to hold Bucket (it is Desi word) to Mr. Prashant Bhat, then only you'll get opportunity in your career, 6. Work satisfaction: no no no satisfaction, if your effort is more than 100% but you not getting any satisfaction or any appreciate from them, In this company Mr. Prashant Bhat he is electrical head in Flutech, mainly he don't know proper way of work and he is always screeming on every site engineers, because he don't know and he knows only jugad works 😔 7 Skill development: skill development is not at all here, if you want to growth your career please don't join here, NOTE : Who are reading this, don't feel bad about me, it is all my suffering😔 in this company..
