Lunch provided. Sunday off,Saturday half day. Salary, reimbursement on time. Vaccination and medical done company. Parking, doctor facilities.

Dislikes

Management ia not good, no process, nothing gets approved related to any new implementation. Old working styles, nothing updated. Department head behaviour not approachable.

...e unreastic, unethical, call for interview taking 3-4 rounds, full of nonsenses. While come to salary part they want some one who will work for free. Whole day wasted my time.

Dislikes

Nothing at all. Don't go for interview even. They dont value the candidates time.

I liked my job role. I worked as GSA.

Dislikes

Manager and Team leader asked money for appraisal. After refusing that they create pressure on me , like gave a schedule for 2pm to 10 pm, not leaving me for food, others shortfall put on me,Manager abuse me and expect my registration later and threaten me to not work on airport at any cost. They not even cleared my PF .

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
