Everything including Salary structure, fake promises, training process is zero, environment inside, no facilities, AC issue, system issue, management holds documents with no reason, holding and deducting salary with meaningless reason and many more things.... Being honest they can do much much and much more better and can earn good respect because some of the members are really giving their efforts in growth but due to some reasons employees are being unhappy.... And in an organisation Employees are backbone. Forcefully work is far different from willing to work. Please do focus on that....

Lack of Professionalism only in many terms like salary, HR managements, problem solving face and some other facilities that should be given to the employees. Rest all good.

...ly by giving a fake reason which ha no meaning. After that they didn't reply me. They didn't pay my last 2 months salary and hold my certificates that submitted during the joining. They promised that they will keep those certificates for 2 months. But, after 2 months when I asked them about my certificates, they started ignoring me.. This is fraud company. Each every positive review of this company are fake.

...phic designer for 2 years in the company. From just being a fresher I became Sr. Designer with a great salary and profit sharing and health benefits. I would highly recommend this company

Never work on this organization. Unnecessary they deduct the salary and salary date is 15th date or more.
