I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

One good thing is about having work flexibility and adjustable working environment.

Dislikes

Company policies are average, appraisals also average but no salary hike from 3 years. Bonus is also very low. Career growth is too slow working as a Jr.Qualityengineer from the last six years.

Company is open to innovation and readly adopts latest products along with new projects. I love the fact that im a part of a team. Responsibility its gave me a lot of experianc. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from verious cultural background.
