There are many, this is not an actual MNC, and all the *leaders here in India has dedicated proposed suppliers should be used. This hampers the work quality and increases the work pressure on actual executing workers.The leadership team is not upto the mark and can sink any time.

Likes

Nothing. Joined this company with high expectations, a disastrous place to work for. Especially the Indian team. Leaders have no experience in energy storage and blame individual contributors. Blame culture, no accountability.

Dislikes

Everything. They calm themselves agile and keep changing organizational structure. Full of politics. You will loose your sleep and peace if you join this company. Full of politics, very bad management, no innovation, wants to go fast but not right.

My friend had the most terrible experience interviewing with them ,they called her to their office and took 3 rounds of interview and selected her as well ,she even got a congratulations mail from the consultant. The HR team asked her specifically not to look for other jobs as they have closed this position and have selected her .After making her wait for almost 10 days they informed her that they had some budget issue and will not be going ahead with her candidature and that's fine but they should have communicated to her earlier not when she starts following up with them
