Hire and Fire culture is fls strategy. good company for women employees. Bad managers make you to work all day by giving unrealistic project hours.

It's a great work place to start your career. There are more benefits apart from salary and more fun activities at work. Lot of trainings are conducted for your personal and professional growth. There are opportunities to work with different culture people and good exposure.

There is no job security at all. And immediate managers are partial. Very difficult to get promotions even if you work hard.
