I love the fact that i was part of FLSmidth team. Since its a MNC and has global client base, one gets to travel a lot. The company culture is very supportive and friendly plus company has good benefits for the employees.

Dislikes

...per training, most of the times its like you are left alone in the battle field. The other issue is salary, Daily allowance should be increased a bit.

Good work environment and learning oppurnutities Decent salary and benifits.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and management doesn't care about internal issues and employee concerns. Job security is pathetic.firing is ruthless 1 yr service or 10 yrs service doesn't make any difference.

The senior Management has passed strict directive & action plan to stay and work from home, they have paid utmost emphasis on the safety of their staff in the directive passed by the management.

Dislikes

Growth is slow, Package is average, though better than general Construction Company, work life balance is hard to maintain , job is very demanding.

its a good experience and never forgettable in my life span. social teammates, appreciable timing salary and good response while need something and my opinion is overall good.

Salary only on time, even get the salary on 28th of months when 30th falls on sunday.

Dislikes

Annual Layoff culture, No Job Security, Work pressure, Work Load, Unrealistic KPIs, No Promotion to employees, No work life balance, Every year around 300 people will be laid off that gives huge pressure to employees. Hire and Fire culture is fls strategy. good company for women employees. Bad managers make you to work all day by giving unrealistic project hours.
