Just one thing, I am getting a little bit lower salary because of a junior developer.

A very good place to start your career. Seniors are helpful. They give you ample amount of time to learn and gain confidence. Seniors, including Manager and CEO works with you alongside.

Dislikes

The only con about our company is we have a very small team. Sometimes I have to work alone on a project. But in my vision that is not a con at all. I face many challenges during development which is not available on internet, I had to solve them on my own. But that made me much more stronger and confident in my profession. If you are not willing to take those challenges, do not join us.

It is an excellent work culture that you seek at the early stage of your career. Team support is simply a phenomenon. We all have the freedom to showcase our ideas and implement too. We get the wings to create and prove our vision, of course, for the betterment of the company and our career graph.

I am currently working in Flowrec Solutions. I simply love working here. The senior management is very helpful and till now I am very happy. I am getting a lot of learning opportunities here.

Work ambience and work culture is the best part of this company. I have worked in the backend team. I would say that this company gives wings to freshers and also provides the platform for skill development. I had a great time over here and would recommend techies to join here and to grow with the company.
