I made a big mistake by going to a blocking pipe company because I did not understand the system here, nor did I understand the role of everyone, or whether it is only you who has a monopoly, or whether you have to say whatever the management says, there is no one to do it. Here everything is nonsense and I did not understand this company either. Its colour is very dirty and I never wish to go to a pipe company and I would not suggest it to anyone.

Management was not supportive, Seniors r arrogant ,No working time schedule, Egostic culture, Not up-to commitments although not even timely for salary and expenses. HR Department is only for formality.
