Salary and wages for compensation is very low when compared to small scale industries,but they call it is MNC They didn't give any promotion easily For example,the person who have 8 years of experience is capable for Design engineer and 10 years required for senior engineer Is it correct for recent employee systems? If you are joining as a fresher, you should work 2.5 years in trainee category But other organisations take fresher as junior engineer. Initially it is good for learning, later it would be a definite career destroyer.
